Имущество, не имеющее материального воплощения, в том числе: интеллектуальная собственность (имущественные авторские права, права на изобретения, полезные модели, промышленные образцы, на товарные знаки и т.д.); франшизы; обязательства, возникающие из некоторых видов соглашений. Нематериальное имущество в некоторых странах рассматривается как вид движимого имущества. В российском законодательстве соотношение этих понятий не определено. Примечание. Иногда применяется в том же смысле термин: «неосязаемое имущество». По нашему мнению, это неудачный буквальный перевод с английского языка.
